What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We work hard to make sure our product images and descriptions are accurate. But, mistakes may happen. If there is a discrepancy about a material fact from the item you purchased, let us know right away. We will research and edit the product where appropriate. If you desire to cancel your product order, delivery or request a refund, please reach out to us to explore the best options. Many items are special order, clearance, floor model, consignment, overstock or custom ordered and therefore, can not be returned or refunded. You are able to cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to delivery for a small restocking fee of 20% on select cancelable orders if being delivered by our own staff. Special orders, floor models and other exceptions are not cancelable and non-refundable. Refer to your sales form for more details.
